By placing an order with TRIKMODS you agree to the terms and conditions stated.
Transactions are governed by British Law, and any dispute in transactions will be settled by British Law. We will try to resolve disputes when they first arise.

We will not dispatch goods or put goods on back order until payment is received in full.

Prices in this website do not include postage unless stated.

We will NOT under any circumstances accept liability for any consequential damages, repairs/service, and any other liability which may arise by fitting any product(s) purchased through us. The purchaser and NOT the manufacturer, distributor, or retailer will assume financial responsibility.

There is no warranty stated or implied due to the unusual stress placed on competition product(s) and/or the inability to monitor their modification, installation, and use. The entire risk of quality, performance, and defect is with the purchaser and not the manufacturer, distributor, or retailer. Should any product(s) prove to be defective for any reason under any circumstance, the purchaser and not the manufacturer, distributor, or retailer will assume financial responsibility for any consequential damages, repairs/service, and any other liability.

Before TRIKMODS and the customer agree to import goods from our Special's products list, the price, postage/shipping will be agreed. Only then we will proceed with the transaction.

Goods obtained to the Customer’s special orders that are correctly supplied and non-defective cannot be refunded. Electrical parts are non refundable unless wrongly supplied. When Goods are returned as faulty, the Goods will be returned to the supplier/ manufacturer before a decision can be made.

All Products carry their own manufacturers guarantees (where applicable).
Returns will not be accepted if we are not notified within 7 days from the time the merchandise was received. All returns are subject to a 15% handling charge.

Invoices must be produced when returning Goods. Goods ordered in error by the Customer can be returned provided that they are in a saleable and un-opened condition and returned within 7 days after receipt of Goods. Goods being returned must be brought to the Company’s premises. The Company will not be responsible for any carriage or delivery charges on Goods being returned, where there is no fault on the part of the Company.

CAT replacement pipes are for track day use only. We take no responsibility whatsoever for illegal usage.

Any Incorrect items will be replaced as soon as possible, Please notify us of Any problem, and reseal the parcel ready to send back. All return items must be in original packaging and in new, saleable condition.

We have done our level best to keep all prices and information on this web site up to date. However, occasionally information from our suppliers can change at short notice, so we must reserve the right to alter specifications and prices on the web site without further notice. We will honour the price at the time you ordered the goods, in cases where there is a substantial increase we shall contact you to agree to a new price before accepting payment. If you do not agree to the new price then we reserve the right to withdraw from the transaction.

We will pursue to deliver goods within the timescale agreed with you at the time of ordering but sometimes there can be a delay in delivery of the goods which can be beyond our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. We shall inform you immediately we are informed of any delay and agree a new delivery date with you. If we cannot agree on a new delivery date then you will have the option to cancel the order and a full refund. However, if an item is being specially manufactured for you and manufacture has commenced, we reserve the right to refuse a refund unless we are able to sell the item within a reasonable time.

We retain the right to cancel any order at any time. If payment has been made, we aim to provide a full refund within 7 days.

Stock ranges on this website may be changed or amended at any time, without prior notice. If you have paid for a product which we no longer stock, you will be given a full refund, which should be given within 7 days.

Goods returned under the manufacturers warranty must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase and will be dealt with urgently. Where necessary goods will be returned to the manufacturer for inspection and report.

We assume no responsibility for misuse or incorrect application by the user.

We will not accept responsibility for any fitting costs involved in our items.

Technical advice in this website is all in good faith. We will not accept liability for any damage caused through fitting or tuning of any product mentioned in this website.

We aim to ensure that all information on our web site is correct. However, we cannot be responsible for the use of the information given.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

To our knowledge, no viruses are present on any TRIKMODS World web servers, but in the unlikely event that a virus is present, we cannot be responsible for the effects.
